Here is this weeks menu. I have fallen off the wagon and started eating horribly since baby came since I no longer am required to maintain a Gestational Diabetes diet. I'm hoping that this week I start doing better and next week I'm diving back in along with adding daily walks into our routine.
Ham Spaghetti
Sausage Stir Fry with Yellow Rice
Pizza
Cube Steaks, Mashed Potatoes & Corn
Spaghetti (regular)
I'm hoping once I get myself into an eating happy of healthy again that I'll be able to incorporate a breakfast and lunch menu in there too. Happy menu planning!
